If you analyse, as I have done, its notations (Stuxnet) you can easily understand that there were many ‘hands’ in it. They developed it at different times and with different abilities because nobody had the ‘knowhow’ to write the code from beginning to end on their own. It is difficult to control the consequences created from this malware boot.
